As the Internal Communications Manager - Employee Success (HR), you'll build and implement communications strategies that encourage our global workforce to take action and drive understanding and engagement of Employee Success (HR) programs. Your work will be instrumental to helping our employees understand how Salesforce can help them build a phenomenal career.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Employee Success and other partners to understand key programs and develop comprehensive communication plans to support them.
  • Use data to deeply understand your audience and drive your strategy.
  • Develop strategies and messaging to ensure that our communications are both persuasive and consistent with our intended voice and style.
  • Create engaging and memorable cross-channel communications (including Slack, emails, digital screens, blog posts, videos, etc.) that raise awareness of key initiatives and inspire employees to take action.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications and apply key takeaways to enhance future content and engagement strategies.


Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (experience in a high-tech or fast-paced environment is a plus). Supporting an HR function is a bonus!
  • Consistent track record of developing and implementing compelling internal communications plans.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to generate and implement innovative ideas.
  • Ability to quickly grasp information from various subject areas and translate it into clear and impactful communications with minimal guidance.
  • Confident and effective in leading, managing, and implementing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and solution-oriented team environment.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail consistently.
  • Adaptable and able to reprioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Genuine interest in fostering a fun and enjoyable work environment.
  • A team player who is aligned with our Salesforce values.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
