This position has the following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

· Regular inspection and maintenance of commercial property irrigation systems, including setting all clocks to properly irrigate turf, trees and shrubs.

· Creation of irrigation system zone mapping and programs.

· Attending property walk throughs and evening board meetings to answer customer questions about irrigation.

· Optimizing programs for water conservation.

Minimum Job Requirements:

· 10 years of experience working with irrigation system repair and maintenance

· Valid drivers’ license

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

· This is a full-time, year-round position

· Regular hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Some work time outside these hours may be required to maintain a cohesive operation of the business.
