Core Responsibilities:

  • Answer helpdesk calls and trouble ticket submissions to provide end-user support for hardware and software systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any IT related issues in a timely manner and follow up with impacted employees when problems are resolved
  • Assist the Helpdesk Manager with special projects as needed
  • Setup, support and monitor desktop workstations, telephone systems and peripheral devices
  • Implement, support and monitor business process and workflows, business applications and mobile devices

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of Information Technology support experience is preferred
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting problems with Windows 10 and Mac OS operating systems
  • Working knowledge of IP telephone systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications
  • Demonstrates strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
  • Demonstrates a helpful, positive attitude and provides excellent customer service to employees requiring assistance
  • Ability to easily learn, retain and apply new information and skills
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment:

This is an onsite position at the Chapman Corporate Center in Chandler, AZ. Hours are Monday – Friday 7am to 4pm with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. Applicants must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional travel to Chapman dealerships to provide onsite support as needed.
