DaBella is seeking a full-time IT Specialist to join our team of growing leaders. The successful candidate will provide on-site technical and remote support to end users and execute various internal projects. With 2-5 years of experience with direct customer technical support, DaBella would love to bring you on board. Our team actively manages customer IT solutions and we will be requiring this individual to engage in all IT activities ranging from basic Windows workstation support to CRM software support.
Status: Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly
Job Requirements:
- Work as part of a team providing end-user helpdesk support for multiple locations.
- Perform hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Provide an excellent example of customer service.
- Share technical knowledge and help mentor fellow techs/team members wherever possible.
- Provide end users with one-to-one or one-to-many service & support as needed.
- Direct unresolved issues/escalate to the next team member.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Qualifications:
- Experience as a IT Administrator/Help Desk Technician
- 1-2 years of education, technical preferred
- IT related certifications highly desired, CompTIA, Network +, etc
- Professional work ethic
- Motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel on a as needed basis
- Ability to multi-task multiple support requests and projects
- Strong personal organization and attention to details
- Strong desire to learn and understand our underlying software/systems/technology
