Wise Staffing Group Corporate is seeking an IT Specialist to join our team!

Job Summary:

• Maintain helpdesk support request in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent tickets, utilizing ticket system
• Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software including printer installation, word processing, and operating systems
• Follow up with users to ensure full resolution of issues
• Provide support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop, or network services
• Field incoming telephone calls, voice mail messages from end users, gather information pertinent to the problem and respond appropriately to resolve the issues
• Perform additional duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• Proven trouble shooting skills
• A strong working knowledge of hardware and software systems
• Demonstrated organizational ability and follow through
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities that are time-sensitive
• Ability to develop/ follow standard process and complete documentation as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
