Century Business Technologies is looking to add a skilled, system-driven individual to our Managed Services Information Technology Services Team. The IT Support Specialist helps manage the technical tasks involved in the planning, installation and maintenance of hardware, software, services and other IT equipment used to support internal and external customers. Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Conversion of Service Tickets, Projects, and/or Agreements in ConnectWise (CW) Manage.
  • CW Manage System Administrator.
  • Assistant Admin in business applications.
  • Manage Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Administration.
  • Maintain Partner Relationship for Microsoft and other vendors to maintain alignment for competencies, administrator of Microsoft licensing, and other Century Business Technologies hardware/software needs and compliance.
  • Manage and foster relationships with Carrier Services Master Agent including repair, pricing, and review of services, coordinate Carrier Services with client.
  • Quarterly reviews to ensure that all contractual services for clients are being performed adequately and being invoiced appropriately.
  • Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with equipment and software as a point of escalation.
  • Assist Service Manager / Project Manager in coordination and scheduling of Projects and Service Tickets.
  • Review Projects and Small Projects board and audit all tickets for compliance prior to closure
  • Act as a Liaison between the client and Service Department when needed to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Act as a Liaison between Continuum and Service Department to ensure strong partnership and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a backup for Dispatch and Service Manager as needed.
  • Serve as a backup for Account Manager.

Requirements

Job Type:

  • Full-time, Salaried, Exempt position

Salary:

  • $45,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience.

Physical setting:

  • Must work onsite at the Corporate Office

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Skills/Work Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Managed IT Services.
  • Current knowledge and experience in working with carrier services (quoting, installing, troubleshooting)
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of office experience, having a working knowledge of common information technologies and systems.
  • 5 years of ConnectWise Manage experience where at least 2 of them were as a ConnectWise Administrator.
  • 3+ years of experience with procurement and management of licenses to include but not limited to: Microsoft, Watchguard, Proofpoint, etc.
  • 2-5 years of experience with cultivating and managing vendor relationships
  • Ability to establish and manage priorities without direct supervision; presents a professional image.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • 3-5 years of experience acting as a point of escalation in Customer Relations.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Inside Sales/Sales admin.
  • Proven history of effective interdepartmental communication and collaboration.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree helpful.
