Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking 2 IT User Technology Analysts for a long term contract in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Positions will be required to be onsite. Pay range is  $30 - 40/hr.

Candidates will be responsible for maintaining Active Directory accounts, hardware support including printers and telephones, and software support including Microsoft Office and Windows 10. The candidate will also develop standard computer images consistent with standard configurations. Candidate must have one year previous support experience.

Preferred candidates will also have experience with Remedy, SCCM, ticketing systems, audiovisual support, and / or level 2 help desk support.
