The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.
With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.

The MyChart Support Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for HHC patients by gathering the customer's information and listening to their issue then determining the correct course of action and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary. Address tickets submitted via in-basket or other methods and follows proper escalation procedures as defined by management. The Analyst connects well with patients and clients while striving to achieve acceptable performance metrics. They will also use all available knowledge base resources to fully troubleshoot and resolve whenever possible. The Analyst may also share knowledge base maintenance responsibility. This role will also provide back up support for the IT Technical help desk.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience working with an EHR (Electronic Healthcare Record) systems preferred
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting as either a medical assistant or central scheduler preferred
  • Strong PC skills and can provide relevant examples of PC troubleshooting
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual with Spanish a plus
  • Previous experience working in a high volume, fast paced role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of website navigation
  • Good communication skills
  • Good understanding of Windows 10 and 11 as well as Office 365

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Minimum, High School diploma or GED

Other Requirements
In the event you experience a power or internet outage, you must report to our Farmington location at 9 Farm Springs Road to continue working.
TRAINING:
Training can take 1-2 weeks to complete, Training lasts 8 hours a day and usually occurs between 730 am and 4 pm EST. Your final training schedule will be solidified after you are hired.
