Job Summary
We are seeking a Janitorial Team Member for Janitorial work three (3) days per week which is Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE YOU MUST BE ABLE TO BE AT THE SITE BY 6AM EACH DAY OF WORK. YOU CAN NOT BE LATE AND THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL YOU MUST BE A EARLY RISER AND BE THERE BY 6AM M/W/F.

THIS IS CLEANING A 24/7 VET OFFICE AND YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AROUND THE STAFF AND COMPASSION TOWARDS CLIENTS AND STAFF IS REQUIRED.

THE WORK IS 6AM TO 8AM AND IT IS STANDARD JANITORIAL WORK.

We pay $400.00 once per month on the 15th of each month via Direct Deposit… Once again we pay $400.00 once per month on the 15th of each month and you are a 1099 contractor however we supply everything needed to clean at site.

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- 6AM TO 8AM M/W/F NO EXCEPTIONS
