Job Overview
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization and ensuring smooth coordination between various departments.
Duties
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency
- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Communicate with different departments to facilitate operational effectiveness
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed by tracking delays in the scope of work, and requesting change orders when needed from the client
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing and record keeping

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
