Join our team as a tutor, and you can work with students in their homes around the Fayetteville and Springdale areas. We're looking for great tutors for Elementary, Middle School, Junior High and High School levels in Math, Science, Reading, and Special Education.

Your Responsibilities:

• You'll be giving personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions in the students' homes.
• Develop and implement customized lesson plans that meet each student's unique learning needs and goals.
• Assist students with their homework, test prep and share good study techniques.
• Track student progress and send regular feedback to parents through session reports (template provided).

What We're Looking For:

• You should have a Bachelor's degree or be a current college student (with a GPA of 3.2 or above in the subjects you'll be tutoring).
• If you've got any tutoring or teaching experience, that's a big plus.
• Ideally, you will live or work within a 30-minute commute of Fayetteville or Springdale, AR.
• You’re organized, on time, and can show you're responsive and reliable.
• A background check, at applicant’s expense, is required.
• Show off your excellent communication skills, and let that positive and upbeat personality shine!
• In-person tutoring is most likely, but virtual tutoring is a possibility
