Sora My Way is seeking a reliable and energetic Kitchen Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our cooks and chefs in preparing and serving delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the food industry and develop your culinary skills.

Duties:

• Assist cooks and chefs with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with food service, including serving meals, refilling drinks, and clearing tables.
• Help with meal planning and ordering ingredients as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Perform other kitchen duties as needed, including cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and supplies.

Skills:

• Experience in the food service or culinary industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knife skills and experience with food preparation.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
• Experience with catering and food industry standards.
• Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team.
• - Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods of time.

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
