Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Labor Compliance/Certified Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The on-site role will be located in Anaheim, CA. The Labor Compliance/Certified Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations, creating and maintaining certified payroll records, and facilitating certified payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Expertise in certified payroll reporting and compliance required
• Strong understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations
• Experience with creating and maintaining payroll records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with certified payroll reporting in the construction industry is required
• Certifications in certified payroll or labor compliance is a plus

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
