Dillard's is looking for part time and full time ladies shoe associates. Candidates should be energetic and enjoy selling. Building relationships is a key component to the position. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales goals through building repeat business, assisting in visual presentations throughout the department, regular attendance and timeliness, and more.

Position is draw plus commission.
