The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic and desire to work with a dedicated team of professionals. The Green Industry is constantly growing and services are in high demand from year to year, which makes it a great field to begin or advance a career. Work experience in lawn care is a plus but not required as all necessary training and/for licensing is provided. Experience as a waiter or waitress, general laborer, construction and other fields are also useful.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide timely lawn/landscape applications using appropriate equipment and products.
• Completing a daily service route and delivering a standard service to customers.
• Applying our training to diagnose and treat issues and/or consult with a senior employee.
• Handle products in a safe manner in accordance with state and federal regulations by reading and interpreting product labels.
• Operation and calibration of spreaders, spray equipment, ride-on spreaders and other various equipment with assistance from shop managers.
• Provide happy and helpful presence to customers with questions/ concerns.
• Maintain a clear and accurate record of applications and services.
• Maintain a current, valid driver's license and good driving record.

Requirements:

• Ability to move 50 lb bag, push spreaders, pull hoses, handle equipment safely & respectfully etc.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record ( 3 or more years of driving experience preferred)
