Job Description
We're now hiring an experienced Barista to manage and oversee a small coffee house. If you're passionate about coffee and have exceptional leadership qualities our coffeehouse is an ideal place for you! Starting pay is $15 per hour plus tips that usually add up to about 3 or 4 per hour. Expect $19 - $22 per hour.

- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures.
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
- Observe relevant health and safety standards.
Qualifications for Barista:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to problems solves quickly.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
