Job Title: Lead Cashier

Location: Downtown Pensacola

Position Type: Part-Time

Role Overview:

As a Lead Cashier, you'll oversee cash register operations, lead a team of cashiers, and ensure top-notch customer service. You'll handle transactions accurately, address customer inquiries, and maintain a well-organized register area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support cashiers during shifts.
• Manage cash register operations and ensure accurate transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Train new cashiers and uphold store procedures.
• Maintain register areas and assist with opening/closing duties.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a cashier or in customer service; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
