About this role:

In this role, you will:
  • Provide strategic editing support and oversight for the customer service procedure team
  • Establish, document and implement the editorial review process for all procedure publications
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training outlining expectations for Wells Fargo writing guidelines and brand standards, with a focus on transforming complex information and details into simplified and easy-to-understand content
  • Identify opportunities to optimize procedures and content - assess opportunities for consolidation, reduced content, retirement and other options to streamline and improve usability
  • Consult and collaborate with leadership and internal business partners to identify objectives, plans, and designs to ensure successful execution of procedural updates
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Editorial or proofreading experience
  • Experience applying Wells Fargo Style Guide and brand standards
  • Experience with JIRA and Open Text publishing tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide oversight and direction on process, including coaching for improvement opportunities
  • Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, demonstrate urgency and project management skills on assigned tasks, and handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
