Position: Lead Content Writer (Job Id – 81050-1)

Location: Woodland Hills CA (100% REMOTE)

Duration: 3 Months + Possible Extension

Responsibilities:

• Conduct content audits and evaluate existing experience
• Create content strategy based on business requirements, including information architecture and user flows
• Work with leadership, UX team, and product management to establish sprint deliverables
• Produce microcopy including instructions, menus, labels, and alerts. Other content may include landing pages, emails, and site documentation.
• Research, evangelize, and follow best practices for content strategy and UX writing
• Collaborate closely with designers
• Track down answers from subject matter experts and other partners
• Build alignment between UX team members, product managers, and developers
