Lead production worker/Assistant Supervisor in organizing and direct a fabrication shop. Prince Rubber and Plastics is an established manufacturer and fabricator of a variety of rubber & plastics products. The person will:

• assist Supervise and Coordinate labor, material, and equipment utilization to achieve production, quality, and shipping objectives
• Participate in developing new processes and process improvements.
• Help troubleshoot process problems and equipment
• Train Shop Personnel
• Supervise/Submit Relevant Document flow
• Help negotiate specifications and parameters with suppliers
• Communicate corporate safety and personnel policies, OSHA, and other governing agencies' safety rules and regulations.
• Other related items
• work on production jobs

Candidates should have formal education or other relevant credentials/experience in this area. Technical understanding of rubber and plastics, and of processing of same, helpful. Candidates should also be familiar with computers, and computer Software such as Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook, and capable of learning business operating software, which the Company utilizes.

Compensation includes salary, profit-sharing plan, 401K, medical benefit plan, Paid Time Off, Paid Holiday Days.
