Primary Responsibilities:
? Review Lease documents, set up rental payments, track dates for actionablerequirements pursuant to the Lease documents
Evaluate incoming leases in both paper and electronic formats to verify the lease is administrable
Monitor & communicate to various stakeholders’ critical dates such as lease expirations, Lease, insurance & bond renewals
Internal negotiations to ensure national processes and procedures are adhered to.
Calculates prorated rental payments, upcoming payment escalations and termination fees
Commence Lease Payments or exercise option provisions when directed
Monitor and respond to internal inquiries via shared email inbox? Prepares reports as requested by various departments
Works closely with various teams to research missing payment or document requests
Perform Lease audits
Resolve discrepancies in Lease language? Special Projects as needed
Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree, or 2 years’ equivalent experience in accounting, bookkeeping, real-estate, and/or lease administration
Demonstrated ability to work independently
High energy to maintain a sense of urgency with the ability to adapt to any situation? Review, understand and communicate Lease requirements to stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, excellent follow through
Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and research skills required
Telecommunication experience is a plus but not a requirement

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
