**Responsibilities:**

* Manage a variety of pre-litigation cases, including auto accidents, dog bites, slip and fall incidents, premise liability, pedestrian accidents, and government claims

* Coordinate the intake process, including opening claims, sending representation letters, setting up medical appointments, and managing client communications

* Utilize organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines

* Interact with medical providers, clients, and insurance companies to gather necessary documentation and information

* Conduct research, prepare documents, and maintain accurate records

**Requirements:**

* Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)

* Availability to work Monday through Friday (no weekends required)

* Minimum of 2 years of case management experience in personal injury law

* Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
