Responsibilities:

• Case Management Wizard: Assist in managing a diverse caseload of insurance defense cases, ensuring every detail is accounted for and deadlines are met.
• Research Guru: Conduct thorough legal research, and gather and analyze relevant case law, statutes, and regulations to support defense strategies.
• Document Dynamo: Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with impeccable accuracy.
• Discovery Ace: Assist in the discovery process, including the preparation and review of interrogatories, requests for production, and deposition summaries.
• Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
• Trial Prep Pro: Prepare trial exhibits, assist in organizing trial materials, and provide support during trial proceedings.
  

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation or related legal fields.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case analysis.
• Organizational Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Worldox & Tabs3 a PLUS!
