Ready to expand your litigation career? Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant! The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of litigation experience, (Product Liability preferred), extensive knowledge of e-filing in the state of California, is a detail-oriented team player who is able to make tight deadlines and is extremely organized. The office is on a hybrid schedule and requires 3 days in the office and allows for 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

  • Drafts/writes routine reports and correspondences
  • Prepare and/or review correspondence, reports and legal documents
  • Interacting with clients
  • Managing attorney calendar(s)
  • E-filing (state and federal)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • 3+ years of filing in State and Federal Court
  • Extensive work with tables of authorities
  • High School diploma
  • Attention to detail/organized

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal assistant in personal injury and family law.
- Strong skills in document review and management.
- Excellent research and interviewing skills.
- Proficiency in writing and transcribing.
- Familiarity with document management systems and legal research tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or paralegal studies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
