Job Duties & Responsibilities

· Perform telephone liability investigation

· Obtain medical reports/bills/wage loss verification

· Assign and coordinate property damage appraisals

· Evaluate bodily injury claim exposure and recommend reserves

· Enter periodic reports into database

· Negotiate settlements with claimants and/or attorneys

· Rotational, after-hours on-call

Qualifications, Experience & Physical Requirements

· Must be able to multitask in a fast pace environment

· Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years previous work-related experience

· Basic computer skills

· Good telephone skills

· TX State adjuster’s license a plus
