Job Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides essential nursing care for residents of all ages in assisted living environments, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. You will demonstrate your nursing expertise, providing high-quality care tailored to individual resident needs.

Your role will include:
• Ensuring health, comfort, and safety of residents
• Administering medications and treatments as per physician orders
• Contributing to resident assessments and documenting care outcomes
• Collaborating effectively with healthcare team members
• Counseling residents and families on care plans
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Recognizing issues and implementing effective solutions
• Performing additional duties as necessary

Qualifications

Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold current licensure as a practical nurse in the state of practice. Experience in long-term care, sub-acute care, or medical/surgical settings is preferred. Additional training or experience may be required for certain positions.
