Avera is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who are looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary

Provides for the delivery of professional nursing care under the direction of the provider. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Must have current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.


• Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Minnesota is required within 90 days of starting in role.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $20.75 - $29.25 per hour
