Badger Plastics & Supply is looking to fill a fulltime multi-role position in our Industrial Lining and Agriculture Department. You will be working closely with our sales team to design, fabricate and install plastic liners. Some traveling will be required; mostly in Wisconsin, but occasionally out of state.

You will have the opportunity to work in our shop and on-site assembling auger systems, installing liners in dump trucks, dump trailers, bins, hoppers and many other agricultural and industrial lining projects.

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Installation in our shop and on-site locations

· Plastic welding and fabricating

· Light metal fabricating and welding

· Routine tool and equipment maintenance checks

· Working with power and hand tools

· Scheduling installations

Qualifications:

· Safety conscious

· Good driving record

· A valid WI driver license

· Familiar with hand and power tools

· Good written and verbal communication

· Experience in fabrication, carpentry and/or construction

· Ability to read a tape measure and work with fractions is a must

· Prompt and dependable

· Welding experience is a plus

· Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds

· Ability to climb ladders
