Live-in Direct Support Professional is needed to support an individual with developmental disabilities in a live-in format.

What we look for in our Direct Support Professionals:

· Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills / personal care (may include assistance with grooming, bathing, feeding)

· Utilize curated plans to assess an individual's needs

· Accompany individuals to and from appointments and activities

· Foster a meaningful and empathetic relationship between the individuals and their community

The IDEAL candidate will:

· Be 18 years of age or older (required)

· Have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED

· Have a valid driver's license

· Experience with the developmentally disabled or as a caretaker is preferred

· Experience as a live-in aide is preferred

· Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals

· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Be energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor

· Have a high level of comfort with hands on domestic care (cleaning, washing, assisting with hygiene care)

Pay is per diem commensurate with industry norms
