Location: Seattle WA

Details:

• Structural Heart team
• Maternity leave coverage
• Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Possibly 10-hour shifts at times
• 100% adult, 50% clinic, 50% inpatient
• 8-10 patients per day
• January 6 to May 30
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing: 90 days

Skills and Requirements:

• NP or PA certification
• Washington NP or PA license
• AHA BLS and ACLS certification
• 1-year Cardiovascular Surgery experience including FA in OR with EVH

Pay Rate: $110.00 per hour

Travel Benefits:

If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits. You will have your travel and lodging arranged by our travel department and paid for in full.

Provided Travel Expenses:

• Round-trip flight
• Rental car and fuel
• Mileage reimbursement (in lieu of flight and rental car)
• Lodging

This assignment is a 1099 contract position. Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits.
