Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Rose Meadow residents have experienced life-altering events through work related injuries, personal accidents or neurological trauma which requires the highest level of daily care. Rose Meadow residents enjoy a sense of community in our country home settings. Spacious 16 private bedrooms and comfortable living areas provide space for leisure activities, entertainment, and visits with friends and family.

Available Shifts: Full time 7a-3p/3p-11p or Part time 3p-11p/11p-7a. We are also offering doubles every other weekend 7a-11p.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Maintain current licensure in the State of NH. This includes obtaining the necessary continuing education units.
• Ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff and follow resident care plans and physician orders.
• Adhere to/follow nursing standards for medication administration. Adhere to all Rose Meadow policies and nursing protocols for medications to include administration, new orders, ordering and re-ordering, storage/labeling and resident leave of absences.
• Consulting with physicians, including the primary care physician, concerning health or emergency issues of the residents.
• Write nursing reports on individual residents when requested and/or required, in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist residents with medication administration and education regarding self-medicating.
• Will maintain current CPR certification and may be required to obtain and maintain First Aid certification.
• Serve as shift leader and report staff performance issues to Administrator.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
