This position reports directly to the shift supervisor and must work in coordination with the shift’s key support people to be effective. This position is primarily responsible for loading the machine with the material and troubleshooting the aluminum foil spinning machine (flex operator). They will also load the aluminum coils onto the machine once or twice a day. There is someone on the end of the coil machine that packages the finished product after going through the conveyer system and being spun. 1st shift: 7am - 3pm (Monday-Friday) *Must be available on Saturday when needed*

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 520 Hour(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Climate controlled production floor (which is where the Flex Operator will work), but the warehouse is not climate-controlled. Not noisy, as no earplugs are needed for the role - all machines are generally quiet for industrial machinery. The floor is well-organized and spaced out, but not the cleanest of floors. It is both manufacturing and distribution, so it is occasionally hectic in terms of people moving.
