We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maid Service Team Lead to oversee our team of housekeeping professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, training and developing team members to ensure exceptional cleaning services for our clients. The Team Lead will also be responsible for maintaining high quality standard, managing workflows, providing excellent customer service, and working with the team to ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and oversee a team of maids to provide outstanding cleaning services
• Recruit, train and develop team members
• Conduct performance evaluations, give feedback and coach team members
• Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are consistently achieved
• Manage team schedules, assignments and workflows
• Promptly address and resolve any client concerns or issues
• Build strong relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients and management
• Oversee day-to- day operations
• Delegate tasks
• Identify and resolve conflicts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping or any related field.
• 2+ years of experience in leadership or supervisory role
• Driver's license required
• Criminal background check
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to prepare reports and send emails
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industries is a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and working in a fast paced environments
