Randstad is currently recruiting for a 3rd shift Direct Hire Maintenance Technician in the Telford, TN area.

Pay is DOE- $24-$30 per hour

Hours- 11pm-7:30am

Qualified candidates would have 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience-

Candidates would be responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing and electrical systems of industrial establishment by performing the following duties.

Job duties would include:

• Adherence to “Lock-Out-Tag-Out” policy.
• Knowledge of 5-S and demonstrate cleaning after each job.
• Knowledge of emergency set up procedures for proper recovery of a power loss.
• Knowledge of work order system, and stock room procedures.
• General knowledge of plant utility system.
• Lubricants: Identify lubricants and correct application for each machine.
• Basic welding: torch cutting, stick, mig, tig
• Basic sheet metal and machine shop skills, i.e. (saw, lathe and mills).
• Programmable controllers: bring up logic circuits, read to troubleshoot, change boards and repair. Change switches,

repair broken connections, and solenoid valves.

• Identify and troubleshoot semi-conductors, power supplies, electrical systems, wiring, and panel boxes of 480V.
• Measuring tools: micrometer, calipers, rules, pressure gauges, indicator amp meters, multimeters.
• Interface with basic pc software and hardware to maintain work order and preventive maintenance system. Record

maintenance repairs and keep running log for future analysis to approach problems in a proactive mode.

• Rebuild gearboxes and pumps. Assist the rebuild of spindles.
• Align coupling and sprockets with gauges. Drive components. Maintenance of bearing preload, lubrication thrust, axial,

and radial troubleshooting. Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
