The working environment may be loud and proper PPE will be worn at all times. The work sites are all located in the City of Minneapolis owned parking ramps, lots, and approximately 2.5 miles of the downtown skyway system.

The Maintenance Tech II will assist the Chief Engineer in operating, maintenance, and repair programs to assure maximum life and reliability of all mechanical systems within the property. Assist in general maintenance and operation processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
