Established Residential Property Management Company is seeking an individual with Maintenance Experience to join the team at our residential community in Albuquerque. We offer a family setting, a fun and professional on-site management team, and excellent opportunity for advancement!

Individuals must take pride in the details, work independently, and think on their own. Candidate should have skills in the maintenance field, and the ability to perform duties with a high level of proficiency and integrity.

Responsibilities include maintaining physical condition of property according to Company standards.
