Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise in fabricating, customer service, HVAC/R, mechanical knowledge, schematics, welding, industrial electrician, English, low voltage, and electrical systems will be essential in maintaining our operations. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions - Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and address any urgent issues - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed - Fabricate parts or components as necessary to complete repairs - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major repairs or replacements needed - Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance projects and ensure timely completion - Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns in a professional and efficient manner Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics - Proficiency in welding techniques for repairs and fabrication - Experience with HVAC/R systems and troubleshooting - Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and low voltage wiring - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
