Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment.

Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Perform electrical repairs, including troubleshooting logic controllers and wiring issues.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical components.
• Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs and maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of facilities.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.

Experience

• Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a focus on electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and the ability to troubleshoot related issues.
• Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication processes is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience using maintenance management software (CMMS) is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
