First Call Professional is seeking Industrial Maintenance technicians for KYB Americas Corporation in Franklin, IN. Are you mechanically inclined KYB is willing to train someone with just a couple of years’ experience.

POSITION: Maintenance Associate

DEPARTMENT: Production Maintenance

SHIFT: Train on 1st 7am-3:30pm but will transfer to 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm

$23.97--29.00 + $ 1.35 shift diff/hour DOE with excellent benefits (raises at 6, 12 and 18 months)

Job Requirements:

• PLC, Automation & Robotics experience
• Two years maintenance experience
• Knowledge of CNC controls
• Knowledge of PLC ladder logic
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems and controls
• Knowledge of pneumatic / hydraulic systems
• Knowledge and understanding of electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams
• Knowledge of OMRON PLC preferred
• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery
• Ensure lockout/ tag out procedures are followed.
• Complete preventative maintenance orders on machinery
• Assist / complete special projects as given by supervisors with limited supervision
• Assist in spare parts issue and inventory control.
• Maintain all maintenance areas per 5S and safety.
