We are looking for Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, and General Managers who want to join our winning team. We currently own 3 locations and could not have gotten to where we are without people like you. Just like any sports dynasty, we are always looking to develop our next set of leaders.

Core Responsibilities of a MIT:

• Supporting the General Manager in the execution of a best-in-class restaurant operation
• Leading a crew of 2-6 people
• Delivering amazing customer service
• Assisting with employee training
• Developing others for career growth
• Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
• Taking initiative with schedule writing, inventory, food orders, and LEADERSHIP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
