What's on the menu?

• Start up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance on, and shutdown a variety of production machinery/equipment while following safety expectations.
• Lead all aspects of quality issues and performs and promptly records quality checks.
• Ensure that the equipment and machinery they work with is cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of the employment and during refresher sessions.
• Ensure all products manufactured align with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function
• Follow the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and will keep themself and others away from harm while performing their duties; enforce to Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) policy and procedures

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand for long-periods of time and working 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial industry or production/mechanical role equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
