We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our client's rapidly expanding metal manufacturing company based in Morrisville, PA. The Quality Control Technician will work in the plant and must strictly adhere to all safety standards, company regulations, and work instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming materials for compliance; handle non-conforming materials.
• Collect and prepare samples; ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Perform final inspections and record results; prepare material certifications.
• Provide production personnel with specification interpretations.
• Assist with customer complaint investigations and quality system compliance.
• Calibrate precision measuring instruments and maintain records.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of QC Technician experience in relevant industries.
• Ability to understand and follow quality procedures.
• Experience with chemical analytical equipment (e.g., XRF spectrometer, LECO instruments).
• Effective communication and good mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
