Job Summary???
Manufacturing Program Manager will be with in the manufacturing engineering scope, collaborating with product engineering and marketing to determine the optimum path forward to meet challenging customer application needs within the water-cooled chiller market. Success is achieved by intimate knowledge of product design, production processes and project management. This role will be leading the cross functional team to interpret customer applications into product designs for manufacturability utilizing the agile project implementation process.

This role will be based on-site out of our La Crosse, WI facility and is considered a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities:

• Develops quality and manufacturing process concepts for new designs and existing product changes.
• Provide manufacturing engineering support for special engineered products.
• Review engineering designs confirming manufacturing capability or sourcing capability.
• Create product and PFMEA (Process FMEAs) to drive control plant development.
• Review engineering changes to existing products to determine effects on current manufacturing processes; update processes and documentation to support viable changes.
• Determine effects of process and product changes on tooling, CNC programming and other methods of manufacture.
• Recommend and justify requests for capital; analyze and evaluate production capacities and resource requirements for each project.
• Drive project speed and measurable results on schedule and budget.
• Take responsibility for all communication between manufacturing, product engineer, and marketing on project status.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience including experience in a manufacturing plant environment required.
• MS Degree in Engineering is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership of projects and teams of at least 1-2 years.
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of engineering standard work (BOS).

Compensation
Base Pay Range: $110,000-130,000 / annually
