Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a Manufacturing Specialist for the CPP/Collation department at our Chandler, AZ facility.

Schedule: 10:00 PM-6:30 AM Sun-Mon (Overtime, including extended shift and weekend work required)

Skill Level: D

Compensation: $23.00 + $1.25 shift differential

The Role:

The manufacturing specialist is responsible for performing and cross-training in several skill level "A-D" positions within various departments based on need. The specialist will be required to provide support in a minimum of 5 manufacturing processes/skills listed below:

• Collation Operator
• Roll Puller
• CPP Packing
• CPP Cutting
• LayUp

Additionally, the manufacturing specialist will provide support for additional tasks and projects that may be presented by the needs of the business. The specialist will support coverage for PTO/absenteeism and additional labor needs due to business demands.

Internal Eligibility:

• Completion of 90-day new hire/newly transferred probationary period or approval of direct supervisor
• No active disciplinary notices for behavior or performance
• Attendance Infractions must not exceed 2 points.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work for extended hours, and weekends, and support other shifts as needed.
• Previous Forklift Experience.
