JOB SUMMARY

Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a passionate, driven Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee and manage the production of our manufacturing sheave & pre-assembly shop. This role will supervise a team of sheave & pre assemblers, scheduling shifts, and training onboarding employees. The Manufacturing Supervisor will also ensure products meet exact specifications, and equipment is in good working order.

This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $27.00-$32.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a leadership position.
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America.
  • Proficient in the English language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior exceptional work experience with LPOA.
