• Market Researchers supporting this team are expected to locate, compile, and write cogent market research reports in the general area of technology and its application to Navy Programs of Record and consumer markets.
• Work closely with the Business Consultants to analyze markets for each SBIR/STTR Phase II project of small businesses participating in the STP program.
• Support preparation of marketing materials (quad charts, PowerPoint presentations), success story reviews, status reporting, meetings/events, and website content.

• A Bachelor's degree (7 years of experience with the Department of Defense and the high technology community in preparing market analyses in lieu of degree).
• Demonstrated capability to investigate potential markets for a product and prepare professional written reports that incorporate this research.
• 2+ years’ of work experience conducting investigative research and writing reports on this research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.
• Demonstrated experience in working with the DoD and high-tech community in preparing market analyses.
• Possess a Master’s degree or relevant work in Library Science.
