Marketing Coordinator

Role Description: As part of the marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator role will entail the organization and management of marketing activities, including company Culture activities, while prioritizing answering and dispatching calls.
Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics related to packing the booth, shipping/receiving the booth, and ordering giveaways.
- Organize, order, and distribute employee uniforms and materials, especially during new hire and acquisition scenarios.
- Coordinate training events held at the Tampa office.
- Organize appropriate giveaways and print marketing materials as needed.
- Answer incoming calls on the main line and provide excellent customer service.
- Direct callers to the appropriate departments or individuals within the organization.
- Manage phone and dispatch activities for Ultrasound Service.
- Utilize Service Fusion to dispatch service calls and escalate them as necessary.
- Follow up on service calls to ensure completion of the escalation procedure.
- Enter client contacts for Field Service Engineers (FSE) in Salesforce.
- Handle third-party service invoicing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a culture team/organizational strategy.
- Assist in organizing 2-3 global events annually.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company parties and events.
- Develop and manage a program to recognize employee work anniversaries and other significant milestones.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing coordination or related roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Service Fusion is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
