Job Description: Marketing Director


We are looking for an experienced, talented, and strategic Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand reputation, drive client acquisition, and support business growth. This role demands a deep understanding of luxury design, exceptional strategic thinking, and a flair for creative storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the luxury sector (a minimum of three years professional experience is required), with strong leadership skills and a passion for interior design. Responsibilities:

·      Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities, target audiences, and key trends to position the brand effectively.

·      Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of the brand’s visual and verbal identity across all platforms. Ensure consistent and high-quality presentation of the brand in all marketing materials and communications.

·      Budget Oversight: Manage project items, monitor expenses, and work closely with the Finance Director and Principal Designer to ensure marketing projects are delivered within financial parameters.

·      Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our design services and projects. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

·      Content Creation: Produce engaging content, including digital and print assets, social media posts/reels/stories/articles, marketing materials and mailers, email campaigns, and website updates. Craft compelling stories that highlight our projects, expertise, and client success stories.

·      Public Relations: Manage press releases, media kits, and public appearances to enhance brand visibility. Create pitch decks for publications and build relationships with third party vendors and publication companies.

·      Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, client preferences, and emerging trends. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.



 

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field

·      Minimum of three years experience in professional marketing work environment or design firm

·      Strong understanding of luxury branding and high-net-worth clientele

·      Exceptional strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills

·      Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and with vendors

·      Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze marketing performance metrics

·      Strong leadership capabilities and time management with deadlines

·      Proficient in design software and tools

·      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

·      Ability to resolve project issues in a professional manner in addition to being hyper proactive

·      Willingness to travel when needed



Compensation and Benefits:

Position Type: Full Time

Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm (some travel may occur)

Location of position: Carmel, IN (in-person)

Wage: competitive salary based on experience

Health Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance available

Other Benefits: 401K (after one full year)

PTO: To be discussed and major holidays are PTO
