The Material Property Analyst will be a part of a team focused upon maintaining the highest level of inventory accuracy. This will be accomplished by conducting inventory audits, performing research within the inventory management system (SAP), participating in both internal and external audits, and assisting various teams with improving inventory management practices. In this role, the analyst will adhere to established regulations and protocols, while ensuring other teams satisfy the same established expectations.

What You Will Do:

• Supporting multiple programs manage their inventories through auditing, identification of material, and relief of stewardship.
• Support opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Knowledge of regulations established by Pratt & Whitney and the United States Government.
• Comply with all regulations and internal/external audit protocols.
• Interact with various teams to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement tactical goals.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree. An Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or 6+ years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree will also be considered.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Hands-on knowledge of inventory scheduling, reconciliation, and reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
• Detail oriented approach to tasks
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and familiarity basic warehouse safety practices

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
