Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and packaging meat products for sale.

Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare cuts of meat according to quality and yield standards
- Package, weigh, price, and label items for retail
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all meat products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling customer requests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and precision in meat cutting techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers effectively
- Experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is a plus
